Hosted Hybrid PBX


The hosted Hybrid PBX system offers all the features in the Hosted PBX system. The main deference between the two is that with the Hosted Hybrid the customer has an in-house PBX in their premises but with the management and configuration servers located in the Telecom's data center.

This is of great benefit when servicing small companies who can’t afford separate T1 lines to run their VOIP traffic or companies in remote areas with poor or unreliable internet connection. That way they can run their calls over their existing copper lines if they so wish to do instead of VOIP.
Should the in-house PBX become inoperable, a new PBX can be configured and up and ready in no time as all aspects of the PBX are stored in the Telecom's data center configuration servers.

All configurations and settings are stored in the central configuration server in the telecom's data center and are pushed to the customer PBX over a secure encrypted connection between the customer PBX located in the customer premises and the management servers owned by the service provider.
