CTC Multi-Tenant PBX is composed of a cluster of Asterisk servers using Linux High Availability (Linux HA) with load balancing and DNS SRV. For optimal performance, the cluster servers appear as one machine while our advanced load balancing applications monitor traffic in each server.
CTC load balancer constantly monitors individual cluster servers so in the unlikely event that one of the asterisk machines should go down, the load balancer takes the failed machine off the cluster pool and traffic is redirected to the working servers. When the failed machine is back online, the load balancer automatically detects it and adds the machine back to the cluster pool.

CTC PBX Cluster system is designed to support tens of thousands of simultaneous users and is capable of scaling to hundreds of thousands of simultaneous users making it a perfect solution for enterprises offering hosted or Virtual PBX services. It scales upwards of 20,000 + calls with media pass through and 100,000+ with no media pass through.
