For optimal performance, the cluster servers appear as one machine while CTC advanced load balancer applications monitor traffic in each server to ensure your customers are not affected by unseen infrastructure outages.

CTC load balancer proactive network diagnostics with real-time alert capability monitors individual cluster servers so in the unlikely event that one of the PBX servers should go down, the load balancer takes the failed server off the cluster pool and traffic is redirected to the working servers. When the failed servers is back online, the load balancer automatically detects it and adds it back to the cluster pool.
